WestBrooke Group is a consulting firm located in Denver, Colorado, which specializes in fundraising, event planning and public affairs for corporate, non-profit and political candidates.

Monica Owens Beauprez

Monica Owens Beauprez began her career as a White House Intern, followed by a full-time position on the staff of Vice President Dick Cheney. Since returning to Colorado, she has worked with a number of leading political clients, from the local, state and national levels, including Mitt Romney for President, Bob Beauprez for Governor, Doug Lamborn for Congress, Senate Majority Fund and Jon Keyser for House District 25.

Additionally, Monica is very involved in the non-profit arena and has worked with many local organizations, including the Governor’s Residence Preservation Fund, arc Thrift Stores, Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation and The Steamboat Institute.

In 2012, Monica was named a ‘Forty under 40’ Award Winner by the Denver Business Journal. Then in 2014, she was selected both as a Campaigns & Elections Magazine Rising Star Winner, as well as a Rising Star for 5280 Magazine’s ‘Most Powerful People in Denver’ issue. This year, she was chosen as one of Maverick PAC's Future 40 winners.

Monica earned her master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado and her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminology from Colorado State University.

Monica and her husband, John, currently make their home in the Denver-area with their young daughter, Sofia, as well as their dog, Cheney, appropriately named after Monica's former boss.

Hillary B. Shoun

Hillary Shoun has served a wide variety of clients and constituencies ranging from corporate, Presidential, Congressional, statewide and national campaigns and initiatives. Hillary began her career in governmental affairs and today concentrates on fundraising, event planning, and logistics.

In 2012, Hillary was hired by the Romney for President campaign to plan and manage all political events and rallies in Colorado. During the 2014 cycle, Hillary managed and oversaw fundraising efforts for a wide variety of candidates for public office, including statewide, Congressional, state legislature, and mayoral races. She planned large fundraising and political events with high-profile surrogates and dignitaries, including Congressman Paul Ryan, Gov. Jeb Bush, and Gov. Mitt Romney. In addition, she was contracted to select messaging and cast television advertising talent for a variety of national clients. After the 2014 cycle, Hillary was retained by the Republican National Committee to manage logistics and operations for the United States Senate runoff in Louisiana between then-Congressman Bill Cassidy and Senator Mary Landrieu.

Hillary has a degree in Public Communications and Justice Systems from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri.
